Since graduating USU in 2007, Haley has worked for various nonprofits for the past 15 years. Throughout her career she has developed a love for “helping people help people” through volunteer engagement and community empowerment, and has developed knack for improving effectiveness and efficiency in existing programs. She also has a history of her own vision impairment, including a corrective surgery in her childhood for intermittent exotropia, so helping kids get the vision care they need is especially dear to her heart.
